Nancy Tuttle I’m on day 5 with my workout and meal plan. The workout I did yesterday was a bit advanced for my fitness levels, I can barely walk haha. But I guess no pain no gain! Catherine Headrick I like how there’s a meal plan and a workout plan for each of day, but I’d like to see some more recipes. It’s great if you want flexibility though - you can choose the ingredients you want or the ones that you already have in your kitchen.
