Loaded with veggies and healthy fats, this dish is a gluten-free and keto-friendly alternative for cheesy pasta lovers.
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup feta cheese, cubed
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 tbsp cream cheese, 34% fat
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 5 medium cherry tomatoes, quarters

Instructions:
- Cut the zucchini into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes, until tender.
- Add cream cheese and ground black pepper to the pan with the zucchini noodles and stir well.
- Serve the zucchini noodles on a plate with feta cheese and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
