Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat 
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp blueberries 
  • 4 drops stevia liquid 
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp raspberries 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add sunflower seeds. Toast over medium heat for 1–2min until crunchy.
  2. To a serving bowl, add sunflower seeds and Greek yogurt. Mix in stevia, then top with raspberries, blueberries, and chia seeds. Your keto-friendly yogurt is ready!
