Yogurt with Mascarpone and Raspberries Recipe

It’s as simple as tossing everything into a bowl, finishing with mint, and enjoying. The frozen berry version is also a great summer snack.

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp raspberries
  • 1 tbsp mint, fresh
  • 4 drops stevia liquid
  • ⅔ cup greek yogurt, 4% fat
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone, vanilla extract, and stevia liquid in a bowl or glass. 
  2. Top with raspberries and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!

*NOTE: Feel free to substitute our suggested sweetener with any other sugar-free sweetener you have and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
