This is one of our favorite ways to make a delicious, nutritious breakfast or keto-friendly snack in under 5 minutes.
It’s as simple as tossing everything into a bowl, finishing with mint, and enjoying. The frozen berry version is also a great summer snack.
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp raspberries
- 1 tbsp mint, fresh
- 4 drops stevia liquid
- ⅔ cup greek yogurt, 4% fat
- 2 tbsp mascarpone
- 2 drops vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone, vanilla extract, and stevia liquid in a bowl or glass.
- Top with raspberries and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
*NOTE: Feel free to substitute our suggested sweetener with any other sugar-free sweetener you have and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
