Yogurt with Berries and Roasted Almonds Recipe

Sweeten it a little with stevia liquid or maple syrup and use frozen berries if you don’t have fresh ones.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ tbsp unsalted almonds, sliced 
  • 2 tbsp raspberries 
  • 1 tbsp blueberries 
  • ½ tbsp olive oil 
  • 4 drops stevia liquid 
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat 
  • 5 tbsp heavy cream, 36% fat

Instructions:

  1. Add the olive oil to a frying pan, then bring the heat to medium-high. Toast the sliced almonds for 1 minute or until golden brown. 
  2. Add Greek yogurt, heavy cream, stevia liquid, blueberries, raspberries, and toasted almonds to a serving bowl. Mix to combine, and enjoy! 

*NOTE: Feel free to use frozen berries.
