Creamy Greek yogurt, served with golden brown roasted almonds and fresh berries is a quick, easy keto breakfast.
Creamy Greek yogurt, served with golden brown roasted almonds and fresh berries is a quick, easy keto breakfast.
Sweeten it a little with stevia liquid or maple syrup and use frozen berries if you don’t have fresh ones.
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ tbsp unsalted almonds, sliced
- 2 tbsp raspberries
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 4 drops stevia liquid
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat
- 5 tbsp heavy cream, 36% fat

Instructions:
- Add the olive oil to a frying pan, then bring the heat to medium-high. Toast the sliced almonds for 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Add Greek yogurt, heavy cream, stevia liquid, blueberries, raspberries, and toasted almonds to a serving bowl. Mix to combine, and enjoy!
*NOTE: Feel free to use frozen berries.
