Whole Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Roasting a whole cauliflower is one of them – a recipe that doesn’t require much effort and still gives you satisfaction.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4–5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder 
  • Seasonings: Chili powder, coriander, turmeric powder

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. Remove the cauliflower head’s stem and any leaves.
  3. Spread olive oil over cauliflower and rub it in well.
  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other seasonings.
  5. Cover with foil and put it in a baking dish.
  6. Roast with foil for 30 minutes.
  7. Take off the foil and keep roasting for another 45 minutes or until it is golden brown and soft.
  8. Take cauliflower out of the oven and let it cool down.
