Cauliflower is a great choice for the keto diet because of the variety of ways it can be prepared.
Roasting a whole cauliflower is one of them – a recipe that doesn’t require much effort and still gives you satisfaction.
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 4–5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- Seasonings: Chili powder, coriander, turmeric powder

How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
- Remove the cauliflower head’s stem and any leaves.
- Spread olive oil over cauliflower and rub it in well.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other seasonings.
- Cover with foil and put it in a baking dish.
- Roast with foil for 30 minutes.
- Take off the foil and keep roasting for another 45 minutes or until it is golden brown and soft.
- Take cauliflower out of the oven and let it cool down.
