Cutting down on sugar during your ketogenic diet doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy this amazing berry smoothie.
It’s easy, yummy, and looks as good as it tastes!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- 2 tbsp unsalted almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 drops liquid stevia
- ⅓ cup almond/coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- ¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened

How to prepare:
- Mix chia seeds with ⅔ of the almond milk in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining almond milk, stevia liquid, almond yogurt, peanut butter, half of the pumpkin seeds, and half of the almonds to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Adjust consistency by pouring in some cold water if necessary, then blend again.
- Serve in a bowl. Mix in chia and the remaining finely chopped pumpkin seeds and almonds. Top with blueberries, and enjoy!
