Don’t be afraid of greens in your morning smoothie, you can hardly taste them, in fact they gives that extra freshness that goes perfectly with some berries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 scoop of soy vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale (optional)
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve in a bowl. 
  3. Optional toppings include nuts, seeds (hemp), and shredded coconut. Decorate with extra blueberries and raspberries. 

NOTE: feel free to substitute our suggested vegan protein powder with any other vegan  protein powder you have.
