Tuna-Stuffed Avocado Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can of tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp low-carb mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder  
  • ¼ onion (optional)

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out some of the flesh to make room for the tuna filling.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix the drained tuna, keto mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Spoon the tuna mixture into the avocado halves. Serve immediately.
