Ingredients:

  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1⅕ cup arugula leaves
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 50g/1.7oz tuna, canned in water
  • 1 pinch salt
