Ingredients:
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1⅕ cup arugula leaves
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 50g/1.7oz tuna, canned in water
- 1 pinch salt
