Avocados make everything better, and this recipe is no exception. Tuna is a perfect choice as well, as it’s low in calories and a great source of carbs and fibers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 avocado, halved
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Celery, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Hollow out your avocado halves a little more to make space for the salad.
  2. Put the removed avocado flesh into a bowl.
  3. Open the can of tuna and drain. Add the tuna to the bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and celery into the bowl.
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
  6. Scoop the salad into the avocado halves to complete your keto tuna salad stuffed avocado.
