Avocados make everything better, and this recipe is no exception. Tuna is a perfect choice as well, as it’s low in calories and a great source of carbs and fibers.

Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna
- 1 avocado, halved
- ¼ red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Celery, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Hollow out your avocado halves a little more to make space for the salad.
- Put the removed avocado flesh into a bowl.
- Open the can of tuna and drain. Add the tuna to the bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and celery into the bowl.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Scoop the salad into the avocado halves to complete your keto tuna salad stuffed avocado.
