Its classic - tuna and celery!
Avocado in this recipe brings extra creaminess and compliments mayonnaise and mustard in creating the perfect dressing to this keto-friendly salad.
Ingredients:
- 3.5oz/100g tuna, canned, with oil
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
- 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and ground black pepper for the sauce.
- In the mixing bowl, add cucumber, avocado, chives, lettuce, celery, and tuna. Pour over the sauce and give it a mix.
- In a serving bowl, serve salad and enjoy!
