Ingredients:

  • ¼ small red onion, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small avocado, chopped
  • 75g/2.6oz tuna, canned in water
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
