Tuna is inexpensive but packed with protein and high-quality fats, while avocado is a great choice for healthy fats.
Ingredients:
- ¼ small red onion, sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 small avocado, chopped
- 75g/2.6oz tuna, canned in water
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
