Give color to your salad greens and cucumber by adding tofu. It's super filling, and it only takes 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- ⅔ cup tofu, cubes
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 cup salad greens, chopped

How to prepare:
- Season cubed tofu with ground paprika, ground black pepper, curry powder, and salt.
- Heat canola oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add salad greens, cucumber, parsley, and tofu into a bowl. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds and drizzle lime juice.
- Enjoy! Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favorite spices instead.
