Tempeh Chips Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 40g tempeh
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch onion powder

Instructions: 

  1. Thinly slice the tempeh. Coat the tempeh slices in olive oil and season with salt, garlic, onion powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat the pan on medium heat and cook the tempeh slices for 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
