The sweet strawberries, in combination with tofu and red onion, will be an amazing discovery for your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp tofu, cubes
- ½ cup strawberries, halved
- 5 pecan nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ salad greens, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

How to prepare:
- In a large bowl, whisk the lemon juice with mustard. While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil until the dressing is combined. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Chop the onion and slice the tofu into cubes.
- Add salad greens, strawberries, and onion to the bowl with the dressing and toss to combine.
- Serve the salad on a plate and top it with chopped pecans and cubed tofu. Enjoy!
