Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids essential for digestive health and preventing diabetes and heart disease.
Moreover, they are a keto-friendly ingredient for a lot of breakfast recipes.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- A few drops vanilla essence or extract
- Stevia or other sugar-free sweeteners to taste
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- ¼ cup chopped strawberries

Instructions:
- Pour almond milk into a blender.
- Add chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener, cream, and strawberries. Blend for a minute or till thickened.
- Alternatively, don’t add the chia seeds and blend the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the chia seeds and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or even overnight.
You can top this with some toasted coconut flakes or some sliced strawberries and a few mint leaves.
