Strawberry Chia Pudding Recipe

Moreover, they are a keto-friendly ingredient for a lot of breakfast recipes. 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • A few drops vanilla essence or extract
  • Stevia or other sugar-free sweeteners to taste
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Pour almond milk into a blender.
  2. Add chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener, cream, and strawberries. Blend for a minute or till thickened.
  3. Alternatively, don’t add the chia seeds and blend the rest of the ingredients. 
  4. Add the chia seeds and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or even overnight. 

You can top this with some toasted coconut flakes or some sliced strawberries and a few mint leaves.
