Ingredients:

  • 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add your cleaned shrimp to a bowl. Combine it with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add avocado oil to a skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 6–8 minutes until done. Put it aside until cool.
  4. Lay down three Bibb lettuce leaves together in two places and divide your chopped tomatoes, onions, and cabbage between them.
  5. Place 10 shrimp in the lettuce wraps and top with parsley.
