Inspired Soft Scrambled Tofu Recipe

We encourage you to try our twist on this scrambled tofu by adding soy sauce and turmeric.
Ingredients:
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon yellow onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 small sliced tomato

Instructions:
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled tofu, onion, and garlic.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in turmeric, salt, ground black pepper, and nutritional yeast.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Mix in the soy sauce and cook until heated through.
- Serve scrambled tofu with sliced tomatoes.
