Thats why smoothies with nuts and seeds are a popular option for keto breakfast bowl, not to mention how tasty they are! Here we are sharing one of our most beloved recipe.

Ingredients: 

  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat 
  • 2 drops stevia liquid 
  • 2 drops vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp raspberries 
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 medium strawberries
  • 5 almonds
  • ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 5 tbsp heavy cream, 36% fat

Instructions: 

  1. Add almond milk, strawberries, raspberries (leave a few berries for serving), Greek yogurt, heavy cream, stevia liquid, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk, if needed.
  2. Add the smoothie into a serving bowl and top with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and remaining berries. Enjoy!
