Sausages are quick and easy to prepare and add a salty, smokey flavor to this lazy keto dish. Sweet bell pepper and green beans add a pop of color and fresh flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1½lb/680g smoked sausage
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 2lb/900g green beans, washed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tsp garlic, crushed

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat, and fry the onion and bell pepper.
- Add the sausages to the skillet and cook until cooked through and browned. Remove them from the skillet and cut them into bite-size pieces.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and add the garlic. Saute another 30 seconds.
- Add the green beans into the skillet and mix well. Cover and cook until the beans are al dente, and serve.
