Ingredients: 

  • 2.5oz/70g salmon filet, smoked 
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 tbsp walnuts, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 cup arugula leaves 
  • ⅓ small cucumber, chopped 
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions: 

  1. Add the spinach, chopped cucumber, and arugula leaves to a plate. Arrange smoked salmon and chopped walnuts on top. 
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, and enjoy!
