Ingredients: 

  • 3.5oz/100g salmon filet, smoked 
  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced 
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced 
  • 1½ cup arugula leaves 
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper 
  • 1 pinch chili flakes 
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, 34% fat  
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  1. Add rinsed arugula leaves, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, and smoked salmon slices into a bowl. 
  2. Top with cream cheese, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with ground black pepper and chili flakes (optional). Adjust the seasoning to taste, or use other favorite spices instead. Enjoy!
