Ingredients:
- 3.5oz/100g salmon filet, smoked
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- 1½ cup arugula leaves
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, 34% fat
- 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions:
- Add rinsed arugula leaves, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, and smoked salmon slices into a bowl.
- Top with cream cheese, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with ground black pepper and chili flakes (optional). Adjust the seasoning to taste, or use other favorite spices instead. Enjoy!
