Craving something tasty and easy for dinner? Our shrimp skewers are a dish that's sure to hit the spot!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup lettuce, chopped
- 3.8oz/110g shrimp, raw
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:
- Add half of the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Place shrimp in a bowl with prepared sauce. Mix together gently until the shrimp are well coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto wooden skewers.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan.
- Place the shrimp skewers in the pan and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink, opaque, and are cooked through.
- Arrange the plate with lettuce, cucumber, and shrimp skewers. Enjoy!
