                                        Shakshuka should be in every keto dieter's toolkit. It's a simple but incredibly nutritious meal that's both hearty and healthy.
                                                                It’s also one of the cheapest options around, so you can enjoy it without worrying about breaking the bank.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp onion, chopped
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 3 tbsp water
 - 2 medium eggs
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 1 pinch ground black pepper
 - 1½ tbsp fresh basil, chopped
 - 4 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - 1 medium tomato, chopped

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the chopped onion until fragrant and lightly golden. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute more.
 - Add chopped tomato and water to the pan. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
 - Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
 - Use a spoon to create wells in the sauce, then crack an egg into each well.
 - Sprinkle it with cheddar cheese and let it cook for another 4–5 minutes.
 - Remove from the heat and top with basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
 
NOTE: Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favorite spices instead.
