This irresistible combo of tender beef and savory sesame sauce topped with a colorful array of vegetables is perfection on a plate!
Ingredients:
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup spinach
- 3 medium radishes, sliced
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup arugula leaves
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 110g/3.8oz beef filet, raw
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- ¼ small red onion, sliced

Instructions:
- Season beef filet with a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, and chili powder (optional).
- Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef filet and cook for 2–3 minutes on both sides or until the desired doneness. Leave to rest on a board or warm plate for about 5 minutes, then cut into slices.
- Meanwhile, mix together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, ground black pepper, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
- Assemble spinach, arugula leaves, cilantro, red onion, radishes, cucumber, and beef filet slices on a plate. Sprinkle beef filet with sesame seeds. Drizzle the vegetables with the lemon dressing and toss gently. Enjoy!
