Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk
  • Pinch of powdered stevia
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the flax, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, and psyllium husk until coarsely ground.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add salt, water, oil, and stevia. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place parchment paper on a baking  sheet and spread the mixture into a thin, even layer.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until slightly golden brown on the edges.
  5. Allow cooling before slicing and serving this keto diet recipe.
