Try this salmon sushi bowl if you’re craving a fresh, earthy pair for your usual cauliflower rice. It’s loaded with proteins, healthy fats, and omega-3.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 smoked salmon filet, diced
- ½ tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ¼ avocado, diced
- ¼ cucumber, julienned
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste

How to prepare:
- In a microwave, steam cauliflower rice with salt and pepper for 3–5 minutes.

- Garnish with diced avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon cubes.
- Drizzle with the dressing and sesame oil.
