Salmon Pie with Cauliflower Mash Recipe

It’s not boring, it’s exciting, delicious and keto-friendly! Silky cauliflower mash will win your heart from the first bite.

Ingredients: 

  • 3.5oz/100g salmon filet, raw 
  • 1 ½ cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper 
  • 1 pinch fish seasoning
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 pinch dried parsley
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, 34% fat 

Instructions: 

  1. Bring the pot to a boil over medium-high heat and add cauliflower. Cook for 5–8min until tender. 
  2. Meanwhile, cut the salmon into bite-size pieces, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, dried parsley, and fish seasoning. Set aside. 
  3. In a food processor, add cooked cauliflower, cream cheese, half the olive oil, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and dried oregano. Pulse until smooth texture. 
  4. In an oven-safe dish, add salmon pieces and top with cauliflower mash. Bake for 15–20min until the pie is golden and bubbling at the edges. 
  5. On a serving plate, serve salmon pie, and enjoy! 

*NOTE: feel free to garnish the meal with fresh herbs or sprouts of your choice.
**NOTE: feel free to use frozen cauliflower.
