Both are packed with healthy fats, creating a keto meal that’s low in carbs and tasty when served with bell peppers, tomatoes, and arugula leaves.
Ingredients:
- 2.8oz/80g salmon filet, smoked
- 1 small bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
