Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 5 large radishes, sliced
  • 4 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
