Pork Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Low in carbs and high in fat, these delectable parcels are bound to become a go-to meal.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 105g/3.7oz ground pork, raw
  • ½ small bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tsp tamari
  • 4 leaves lettuce

Instructions: 

  1. Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry, being careful not to tear them. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned and crumbly, for about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic and tamari, and cook for about 1–2 minutes more. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. To serve, add the pork mixture to each lettuce leaf and top with tomato and bell pepper. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
