Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil Salad Recipe

It’s light, perfect for lunch, and packed with healthy fats and protein to help you burn fat and feel great all day long.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 8 leaves basil, fresh
  • 85g/3oz mozzarella cheese, whole-milk

Instructions:

  1. On a plate or platter, layer mozzarella, and tomato slices in an alternating pattern.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and ground pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste, or use other favorite spices instead.
