- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 5 medium, halved
- ¾ cup whole-milk mozzarella cheese, cubes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
