These are the ingredients that can last a long time in your fridge or cupboard. They’re cheap but fantastic for an easy keto snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone
  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt, 4% fat
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 drops stevia liquid

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Enjoy!
