This is another fantastic nut butter shake that provides some of the best fats around, with the flavor and tang of raspberry.
These are the ingredients that can last a long time in your fridge or cupboard. They’re cheap but fantastic for an easy keto snack or breakfast.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp mascarpone
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt, 4% fat
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 drops stevia liquid

Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Enjoy!
