Its a great low-carb, high-protein option for your keto diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon yellow onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup green beans, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions:
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled tofu, onion, and bell pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cumin, garam masala, salt and ground black pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Mix in the green beans and cook until heated through.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with cilantro.
