It’s a low-carb take on the classic fish taco, and you’ll love it even more if you haven’t tried riced cauliflower yet.

Ingredients:
For the fish:
- 1 cod filet
- Cumin
- Salt
- Cayenne powder
- Garlic powder
- Avocado oil
For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the bowl:
- 1 cup riced cauliflower, cooked
- Chopped cilantro
- Red cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions:
- Dry the fish and coat it with spices and salt. Smoked salmon is a good alternative if cod isn’t available.
- Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
- Once hot, cook fish on each side for 3 minutes until flaky.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in another bowl.
- In a bowl, serve riced cauliflower as a base. Add the fish, and arrange the cabbage, onion, and avocado around it. Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Drizzle the sauce over the bowls.
