Ingredients:

  • 4oz/115g chicken, ground
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ small red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 lettuce leaves

For the dipping sauce:

  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • ½ tsp sriracha sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp fish sauce, optional

How to prepare:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Put a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken.

  5. Add onions and cook until fragrant.
  6. Add green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
