They’re low-carb, healthy, and have a satisfying crunch too. Try this chicken lettuce wrap with a bonus keto-friendly dip.
Ingredients:
- 4oz/115g chicken, ground
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ small red onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 lettuce leaves
For the dipping sauce:
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- ½ tsp sriracha sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tsp fish sauce, optional

How to prepare:
- In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper.
- Put a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken.
- Break the ground chicken with a spatula. Cook until the chicken has browned.
- Add onions and cook until fragrant.
- Add green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Arrange the lettuce and fill it with the cooked chicken combination.
