It’s rich, creamy, and full of mouthwatering flavors that will make you fall in love with it. The seasoning and melted cheese are what set it apart and make it irresistible.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large heads of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 white onion, diced
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Celery, chopped
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Ground paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tops off two heads of broccoli and chop them finely. Leave as little stem as possible.
  2. Add butter to a pot on medium-high heat and saute celery, broccoli, and onions until softened.
  3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the pot.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and cover the pot for 10 minutes. The broccoli will absorb the broth for so much flavor.
  5. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  6. Once the soup comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer. Add the cheese bit by bit until it’s done.
