Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 4oz/115g salmon filet (skinned or skinless)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 2 slices lemon
- 1 tsp parsley

5 minutes | 8 minutes | 13–15 minutes |
Instructions:
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the filet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side in a heavy pan or until tender.
- You can also grill or bake the fish.
- Remove the salmon from the pan.
- While the pan is still hot, melt the butter. Mix in lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Put the salmon back in the pan on the heat, turn it once to heat through, and blend the flavors.
- Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
