Keto Toast With Avocado and Salmon Recipe

Just use keto-friendly bread and enjoy this tasty low-carb breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice keto bread
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup smoked salmon, shredded
  • 1 tbsp squeezed lemon
  • Anything but the Bagel seasoning or any other low-carb seasoning blend
  • Hot sauce, optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes, dill, or chives for garnish

How to prepare:

  1. Slice your avocado in half and remove the pit. Then, use a fork to mash the avocado until it reaches your desired consistency. Feel free to leave some chunks if you prefer a chunkier toast topping.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemon over the avocado.
  3. Toast the keto bread slice until the desired level of crispiness is reached.
  4. Once your toast is done, top it with mashed avocado and smoked salmon pieces. Then, season with seasoning and hot sauce to taste.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy! Leftover toppings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for future use. Simply reheat in the microwave or oven before topping your toast.
