Ingredients:

  • 4oz/115g ground beef
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Taco seasoning
  • Cheese, grated
  • 1 lime, quartered
  • Sour cream or cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat. Make sure to break up the clumps of beef.
  2. Drain excess grease and season the beef with taco seasoning and allow it to cool.
  3. Lay lettuce in a bowl and add the seasoned ground beef, onions, avocado slices, lime quarters, tomatoes, and cheese on top.
  4. Finish with a dollop of cream cheese or sour cream on top.
